Who we are
GPA is an international advisory firm serving government entities, developers, contractors, financial institutions and private investors. We advise on the questions that determine whether a project proceeds: is it viable, how should it be structured, who should build it, and how will it be paid for.
Our leadership has held senior roles at Citibank, Barclays and MAS Clearsight in the DIFC; advised the Board of Investment of Pakistan, the National Disaster Management Authority and the PPP Policy & Monitoring Board of Punjab; directed the Pakistan operations of the Turkish engineering consultancy TÜMAŞ; and served as Chief of Staff within a royal private office.
That combination of institutional access and site-level delivery experience is the reason clients engage us. We are equally comfortable in a boardroom negotiating terms and on a construction site resolving a claim.
